Flower Mound is seeking input from residents to determine if there is an interest in having an organic community garden in town.

A PROPOSED ordinance granting five to 10 percent discount in real property taxes for farmers practicing organic farming in Cebu will be deliberated today in the Provincial Board (PB).

Some refuse can go directly into the garden to cycle back into essential nutrients right in place, bypassing the layering and turning of the compost bin.

Since the fig tree's roots are contained and unable to spread into the soil to access more nutrients, organic liquid fertilizer would provide adequate nutrition without overdoing it.

The real question is not why drink organic beer, but why not? If you care about the environment and the devastating effects of pesticides and other results of conventional farming, then why shouldn't your beer be made in as eco-friendly manner as possible?
