The arresting synergy of ‘Television and Fire’ With our state just barely recovering from the brutal fire pre-season, it might be a bit too soon for “Television and Fire,” Phantom Galleries’ newest exhibition at 309 Pine Ave. Or . . . the perfect time. The long and narrow commercial space seems built for this specific show, where large paintings and installations by Long Beach artist Jeff Nisbet and Venice-based artist Johnny Andrew Gigliotti Bailik (aka “Godfuel”) hang.
