A few months ago I attended the opening of the first “Second Time Around” consignment store in New York City. The racks were full of high-end labels such as Chanel and Prada and some of NYC’s best dressed were in attendance. Among the onslaught of fabulous clothing, both in attendance and on the rack, my eyes were glued to one dress. The Dress! Like nothing I have ever seen, this piece was a showstopper. The silk strapless cocktail dress was the perfect creamy shade of eggshell for the summer wi
